Once a year, a week or two before our Annual Meeting in
March, you will receive Lincoln Electric Cooperative's Annual Report. In it you'll find highlights of the year's operations, financial
reports and a letter from our management team. It will also include information about the upcoming trustee elections,
and any bylaw amendments that may be proposed requiring a vote of the
