Upgrade your water heater -- and save money!
A new energy-efficient,
electric water heater provides more than hot water;
it can give you comfort, safety, peace of mind and,
now a $60 energy credit on your LEC bill. Here's how
to cash in on an energy credit of $60.

- Purchase a new energy- efficient
electric water heater and install it in our service area.
Water heaters must have an Energy Factor of .93 or higher
for tanks under 60 gallons and an Energy Factor of .91 or
higher for tanks over 60 gallons. Ask your retailer for a
qualifying model, or give us a call and we’ll verify if it
qualifies.
- Complete the
Rebate Form and send it to LEC
along with a receipt that lists date of purchase, manufacturer
and model number within 6 months of purchase, and we'll take
care of the rest.
